What's your business property worth? You may
need to value your business property for any number of reasons;
security on a loan or buying or selling a property.
The council is unable to advise members of the
public on valuation matters.
Asset Management is an ‘in house’-only
service and has a number of Chartered Surveyors available who can
provide details of Qualified Surveyors in your area. These experts
can advise on valuation, building surveying and other property
related matters. Valuation is a complex business and there is no
such thing as a single valuation for one property. Valuations are
produced on different assumptions and are subjective.
