Estates management
The council provides an estates management
service relating to the land and property it owns in the borough,
which is administered by Asset Management.
Services include:
- sales of land and buildings
- lettings of commercial shops
- acquisitions
We offer a broad range of property, mainly for
rent, but occasionally for sale.
Properties range from lock-up shops to major
retail developments, individual garage sites to major residential
development sites, a single workshop/unit, to mixed use development
schemes.
The land and property portfolio of the council includes:
- shops
- offices
- development sites
- former administrative buildings
