Previous core strategy consultation

Following two rounds of consultation, Options and Alternatives (summer 2008) and Options and Alternatives for Places (Winter 2009), a final round of public consultation was undertaken on the proposed submission version of the Core Strategy.

The consultation ran for a period of six weeks from 14 September until 26 October 2009. Thank you to everyone who commented on the Core Strategy. A summary of the comments is available to be view below

Core strategy submission version documents

This is the version of the Core Strategy that has been submitted to the Secretary of State on 18 December 2009 for an independent examination by an appointed Inspector.

The submission version incorporates a series of minor changes. These changes have taken on board the comments and feedback received during the last round of consultation. A summary of the representation and a table setting out the changes is available to download below.

Core strategy - options and alternatives for places

On 5 February 2009 the London Borough of Tower Hamlets published its Core Strategy Options and Alternatives for Places document for public consultation.  The six-week consultation period ended on 19 March 2009.
