Report a crime
There can be many barriers that deter people from reporting
crime, many of which are hard for the police to tackle alone. The
decision not to report a crime is often founded on a complex mix of
individuals, emotions, perceptions and expectations
In an emergency, always dial 999 - if a crime is happening now,
or if anyone is in immediate danger.
If it's not an emergency, contact the nearest police
station.
If you don't need an urgent response, you can now report a crime online. Details
will then be forwarded to the local police.
