Corporate match funding
The council is committed to creating an environment for a
thriving third sector. One of the many ways we do this is
by supporting local third sector organisations to deliver key
economic regeneration activities in the borough.
Corporate match funding grants are used to support projects
whose outputs and outcomes help to deliver the aims and objectives
of our employment and business development programmes
including our regeneration strategy which focuses primarily on
people, employment and the local economy.
Corporate match funding 2010/2011
The corporate match funding programme
currently supports a number of projects to:
- deliver outcomes and outputs associated with job creation, job
placement, business development, or the provision of new / improved
workspace
- build the capacity of local organisations
Corporate match funding beyond 2011
The commissioning of services for 2011 onwards will commence
during autumn 2010. Details of the process will be published in due
course.
