resident population - from Local Government Finance
Settlement 2007/08 Table T1 for Tower Hamlets (Department for
Communities and Local Government, 2006).
The figures derive from identifiable surveys carried out between
1988 and 2004 - Data Definitions of Indicators for 2007/2008
Part1 (Local Government Grant Distribution Settlement – January
2007) - and refer to semi-residents, non-residents, working
and socialising visitors.
