Crime prevention
The council works in partnership with the police, businesses,
community groups and local people to make Tower Hamlets a safer
place to live – and it’s working. In the last three years overall
crime has dropped by more than 23%. Local people are a key part of
this success.
One of the key things that you can do to help
is to be aware when it comes to safety and security. For advice
about crime prevention you can go to the Metropolitan Police
website or Home Office website .
