As an in-house legal service, the council’s legal department cannot provide services to third parties other than in certain limited circumstances. It cannot provide services at all to the general public.

If you require assistance with an issue or a problem you should contact the local Law Centre or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Alternatively you can contact the Law Society to establish what legal services are available in the area.
