The High Street Fund
The High Street Fund has been set up to help
those local shops and small businesses that suffered during the
riots. The purpose of the High Street Fund is to provide
discretionary grants to help with any short term hardships to
support businesses to continue trading. Assistance will be targeted
to those small businesses that need immediate help and do not have
the resources to cope.
To qualify for a grant from The High Street Fund you
need to have:
1. Suffered direct loss as a result of
the riots;
2. Reported that loss to the police;
and
3. Have a police crime number.

The deadline for new claims is October 14 2011.
