Tower Hamlets Council offers more than 900 courses which will be taught either online, face to face or a mix of both.
The courses are hugely popular with over 3,000 enrolments last year during the pandemic, 99% per cent of learners judged their course to be good or outstanding.

Mayor John Biggs said: “Tower Hamlets Council is committed to supporting residents to access learning. In partnership with the Greater London Authority we are able to offer a wider variety of courses at reduced fees on many programmes for those most in need.
“I’m delighted that we are able to offer a number of free programmes to help residents achieve their potential.”
Cllr Sabina Akhtar, Cabinet Member for Culture, Arts and Brexit added: “The council offers a wide range of courses to suit all levels and abilities. You can study to gain a nationally recognised qualification, for pleasure, or to develop your skills.”
Courses are held throughout the borough at a range of venues including Idea Stores, learning centres, schools and community centres.
