
Women wellbeing
Come and join our free summer wellbeing programme In partnership with Young Foundation.
To assist with recovery from the effects of Covid, we are running a four week programme catering for female borough residents of all abilities:
- increasing physical, mental health and wellbeing through exercise
- building confidence
- allowing social engagement in a safe and friendly environment in accordance with current government Covid guidelines.
Each session will run for one hour per week, healthy eating and nutrition will run for 1.5hrs at Collingwood Centre by qualified female instructors.
Sessions
- Chair Exercise (Mon 11-12pm)
- Healthy eating and nutrition (Mon 12-1.30pm)*
- Boxercise/Self Defence (Tues 11-12pm) No session 17 August.
- Dance Aerobics (Weds 2.30-3.30pm) No session on 11 August
- Pilates (Thurs 12-1pm) No session on 12 August
*Healthy Eating (Family Session - parents and Children)
*Creche for under 5's is provided (bookable on request).
