Celebrating the 50th year of Bangladesh’s independence, fashion designer Rahemur Rahman & young people from schools, will recreate a living space creatively depicting the homes of the British Bangladeshi community in London from 1971.


Between the 26th July and the 30th July 2021 at the Brady Arts Centre in Whitechapel, we are holding a 5-day programme where you will learn; how to research for art and design, how to design for interiors, how to create tie dye fabrics using natural dyes, and how to create wallpaper. The arts installation will take place at the Kobi Nazrul Centre in the heart of Banglatown on 25th Nov and 14th Dec 2021 over 20 days.

We will provide all the resources and food for lunch, all we ask is you come wanting to learn!
