Lon-Art presents an evening of live music, poetry and a panel discussion exploring our lived experiences.

Speakers will be black British artists and activists who will share how they explore identity within their work.

There is also the chance to hear about a research exploring the identity of African Diaspora Women.

This event is presented by researcher and Lon-art’s Trustee Carolyn Baguma as part of Black Sheroes Month. This aims to highlight the herstories of black women in Britain, their experiences, struggles and achievements through the arts.
