As part of the ICT Transformation project, we have started work to replace all of our old and outdated ICT equipment. To do this will require a full service shutdown from Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December 2017.
During this time there will be no ICT or telephony services across our network. This is likely to affect the following services:
- One Stop Shops – closed during this period
- Idea Store/Local History library: open for business, although some restrictions will be in place. No access to public PCs or WiFi but other services like borrowing and returning books will operate as usual. Most transactions will not go through – there will be notices at all Idea Store locations. Please visit the Idea Store website for more information.
- Most applications can still be submitted online but will not be processed until 2 January 2018.
- The register of current planning applications will be unavailable during the ICT works and so we are extending the closing date for comments on some applications by an additional five calendar days. See the planning applications page for more information.
Thank you for your continued patience. Please bear with us whilst we carry out these works to improve our customer service.
