Computer Coding in Tower Hamlets
We support digital making in the borough
The digital sector in east London is booming and we are eager to make sure our residents are best placed to take advantage of all the opportunities this can offer whilst helping to address digital technology employers concerns over a lack of suitably skilled workers.
In response we team up with technology businesses and community organisations to support, encourage and help set up a range of coding clubs and events right across the borough. These provide residents with an opportunity to access hands on and creative experiences and learn new digital skills whilst providing some support to the schools computing curriculum.
The aim is to encourage people who are interested to further pursue their digital making at home, school or even as a career.
