The National Domestic Abuse Helpline offers free, confidential support every day, 24/7 and translation services are available on 0808 2000 247.

For professionals in Tower Hamlets, there’s also the Domestic Abuse Duty Line on 020 7364 4986, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

For anyone needing emotional support at any time, the Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.

The 'Culturally Integrated Family Approach' (CIFA)

CIFA 1-2-1 Perpetrator Programme

A programme delivered on a 1:1 basis for men who have been abusive in their relationships. There are 16-20 sessions dependent on the levels of risk/needs posed by the service user. Each session has been adapted to ensure the programme is culturally informed and responsive to individual learning needs with more family focused sessions.
