Consultation on Substance Misuse Treatment Services
Tower Hamlets Drug & Alcohol Action Team’s (DAAT) primary goal is to deliver the best possible services to both residents who require support with substance misuse and the families and significant others affected by someone’s use. To this end, seeking feedback from those who both use and work in partnership with our commissioned providers is key to continual service improvement and our understanding of the effectiveness of our services.
The DAAT currently commission an integrated drug and alcohol treatment system (branded Reset) comprised of three services: Outreach and Referral, Treatment and Recovery Support. The Reset system, which commenced in October 2016 is due to come to an end in October 2019. As we face the decision of how best to provide these services in the future your feedback will be invaluable in helping us choose the right provisions.
To assist the DAAT in gaining a better understanding of the needs of those who access the local drug and alcohol services please complete the questions below in as much detail as possible. The results of this questionnaire will help formulate our future system. Your input is anonymous.
This consultation is now closed. Thank you for contributing.
Please note: In addition to Reset we commission a number of other organisations to work in close partnership with them. These include Specialist Midwife; Primary Care Drug and Alcohol Service (Preset); Beyond the Streets; Health E1; Needle Exchange; and other criminal justice interventions (DIP/ Prison Exit Service). For the purpose of this consultation, we are primarily asking you to comment on the services provided by Reset.
Thank you for your support.
