Housing allocations policy consultation

The way the council and the Common Housing Register partners operate the housing list is heavily influenced by legislation and the new Localism Act – brought in last year - gives councils much greater freedom to design policies and procedures to suit local people.

With this in mind, we are planning to make some changes to our lettings policy to ensure that our practices truly reflect housing needs in the local community.

We would like to hear your views on the proposed changes. Please tell us your thoughts by completing the following survey, which should take no longer than five to ten minutes to complete.

Your answers will be used to help shape the changes and will be treated in confidence.

The consultation deadline has now been extended to 7 December, to give more people the opportunity to give their views. For more information contact the Housing Application Team on 020 7364 2826.
