Covid-related service disruption

Waste collections may be delayed as regular staff are absent due to illness and/or self-isolation.

Agency staff are in place to provide the usual service. However there may still be delays to your normal collection day and time.

Due to a technical fault with some of our vehicles, we are unable to empty underground refuse storage systems on some estates.

We are allocating crews to pick up the build-up of waste at these locations so they remain as clear as possible.

We are working hard to get the vehicles back on the road as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.
