Local recycling banks

To encourage residents to recycle more and to make recycling facilities more accessible, the Council has introduced redesigned public recycling sites.

The benefits are that the areas will be transformed making them neater and more presentable. We hope better presented sites will help combat anti-social behaviour and provide an eye-catching location to encourage residents to recycle more.  We hope residents will appreciate a neater, cleaner borough and utilise the sites to recycle more.

Recyclable items can be placed in the bin loose or contained in any transparent bags. Residents can collect a roll of recycling sacks from these locations.
