Boiler replacement programme
Following the successful delivery of Phase One of the boiler replacement programme we aim to launch Phase Two in Spring 2019. In the interim please contact us and we can add your details to our waiting list for Phase Two. We will be in touch when the programme re-opens and installations are available. Please check the eligibility criteria below before contacting.
The council has launched a free scheme to replace old inefficient gas boilers and faulty radiators as well as upgrade heating controls. In addition to any boiler replacements, residents may also be eligible for draught proofing and insulation.
The property must be leasehold or freehold.
A home owner must live in the property and be in receipt of at least one of the below benefits. If the home owner is not in receipt of any of the qualifying benefits, a family member who also lives in the property can qualify if they are on one of the below benefits.

There must be an existing non-condensing gas boiler. You can check the make and model on the Home Heating Guide website to verify this.
The existing boiler will be replaced with a like-for-like Vaillant A rated condensing boiler with upgraded heating controls. In addition to this, we will also insulate and draught proof your home if possible.
We will carry out a Land Registry check to verify the property ownership you will need to provide proof of benefits.
All work is subject to a technical survey.
