Staying in your own home

Most people prefer to live in their own home, if possible.

Whether you're elderly, unwell, vulnerable of have a disability, we want to help you to remain living in your own home, independently. You may need a little support to do so.

This might include help from family, friends or neighbours with tasks such as washing, shopping or cleaning (to name a few). But you may need more help, from a professional or possibly equipment or an adaptation to your home.

You'll find details of all the kind of support available in the Community Catalogue and you can read more about equipment and adaptations here.
