Making a referral
If you think you or someone you know is in need of support from Adult Social Care, your first point of call should be Local Link .
If necessary, Local Link can help you to make a referral to our Adult Social Care team.
Local Link
Local Link is an independent group of organisations based in Tower Hamlets which provide advice and information to people who may need care.
They are not run by the council, but they can let you know what services, activities and support are available in the borough and whether you (or someone you know) can get support from Adult Social Care and elsewhere.
