We work in planned and responsive way to support individuals in their personal development and recovery. Our group activities and programmes promote good health and mental well-being, and are aimed at supporting individuals through their recovery, promoting social inclusion, and reducing isolation. We run a range of skills based programmes alongside physical health activities and therapeutic groups. We support individuals in accessing education, training and vocational opportunities, leisure pursuits as well as other community resources.

The centre also provides a drop-in on two afternoons a week.

To be eligible, you must be between 18–65 years, live in Tower Hamlets and be under CPA (have a care co-ordinator or be care managed).

You can be referred to our service by your care co-ordinator, nurse, GP, support worker or psychiatrist. Your care co-ordinator/support worker can arrange for you to attend an informal visit. This will allow you to visit the centre and find out more about the service we provide. From this both you and your care co-ordinator will need to complete a referral form. We will also need a copy of your care plan and a risk assessment.

Once all of these documents have been received the team will be able to make a decision based on the information given.
