Help with ordering and collecting food shopping

If you are self-isolating or can’t leave your home, you can order and pay for grocery shopping online or over the phone for delivery or collection.

If you need helping collecting groceries, you may be able to ask friends, family or neighbours for help. If you can’t get help in this way, we have volunteers who are ready to help collect your food and drop it at your door (without contact).

Please use our dedicated helpline to get help from a volunteer with collecting and delivering food. The helpline may also suggest other shops that let you pay for groceries over the phone.

Shops usually give priority to people who are elderly or self-isolating during the pandemic. If you can visit the shops in person, please leave delivery slots for those that need them most wherever possible.

We have listed information on grocery stores that can deliver in your area. We will update this page regularly with new information as we get it. Most grocery deliveries will have a minimum order amount and a small delivery charge. Please check with the grocery store for more details.
