Keeping in touch with tenants
The Housing Options Service recognises that it needs to maintain contact with tenants in temporary accommodation, and does this by publishing a quarterly client newsletter called ‘In Touch’.
The newsletters contain articles on developments within the Housing Options Service, information on beneficial services for clients and news about forthcoming and recent events.
We also conduct regular consultation with our clients, to identify areas we are doing well in, areas we need to improve in and get suggestions for other improvements.
A customer satisfaction survey is sent out to all clients in temporary accommodation each year and other, more specific, surveys are issued on a regular basis as we review your opinion on various services we provide.
Housing Options Service users group
