We also conduct regular consultation with our clients, to identify areas we are doing well in, areas we need to improve in and get suggestions for other improvements.
A customer satisfaction survey is sent out to all clients in temporary accommodation each year and other, more specific, surveys are issued on a regular basis as we review your opinion on various services we provide.
Housing Options Service users group
To discuss particular issues and to check our letters and leaflets, we have a Housing Options Service users group that meets regularly.
