UKSPF NEET
Helping young people into education, training, and work
The UKSPF NEET Programme supports young people aged 16 to 24 in Tower Hamlets who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET).
The programme offers intensive, wrap-around support to help you:
- Overcome personal and practical barriers
- Build confidence and life skills
- Access training, education, or paid work
Each participant is matched with a dedicated key worker who provides:
- One-to-one support from your first assessment
- Help with setting goals and building a personal action plan
- Ongoing support once you’re in work or training

- SIA Security and CCTV
- Customer Service
- Cyber Security
- Desktop for Beginners and more
Practical support
Funding is available to help with:
- Work clothing and equipment
- Travel costs
- Additional tailored training
Continued support
Even after you start work or training, your key worker will stay in touch to help you settle in and succeed.
Targeted support for those facing extra challenges.
The programme also supports young people who are:
- Care-experienced
- Living with SEND
- At risk of homelessness
- Young carers
- Involved in the criminal justice system
