How does the rent reduction work?

Question:: How does the rent reduction work?
Answer:: The support is via a non-cash grant You will receive a percentage reduction in the additional rent you should pay as a result of your rent / lease review. We will adjust the rent invoice sent to you.
Example: if your current annual rent is £10,000 and the rent review indicates your rent should be increased to £20,000, you will receive a percentage reduction on the additional amount (£10,000). The maximum reduction you can receive is 50%.
