Organisational development and management

Question:
Organisational development and management
Answer:

Measuring the difference your volunteer programme makes

This session delivered by Volunteer Centre Tower Hamlets and funded by the City Bridge Foundation will enable organisations to create an evaluation plan that will enable them to understand and demonstrate the difference their volunteer programme makes. It will look at what “making a difference” means, developing reasonable programme outcomes, practical and user-friendly information tools and how to analyse and communicate the results of an organisation’s assessments.

It is suitable for experienced Volunteer Managers, as well as those who are new to managing volunteers. The session is free to voluntary sector and public sector organisations with a base/office in Tower Hamlets, or that have services aimed at Tower Hamlets residents.
