Guidance

The purpose of this document is to determine a design language for the scheme and to establish a robust framework for its development that encourages high quality design. Any future reserved matters applications for the development of any of the Development Zones defined in the Parameter Plans or open spaces between them will be required to accord with the Design Guidelines, unless there is a good and justified reason to depart from them.

When required
