Parking charges April 2024
The new cashless parking and exemption permit charges started on 1 February 2024. All other charges start on 1 April 2024.
The notice of variation for parking charges were advertised in the east London advertiser on 4 January 2024.
How permit charges are calculated
The permit price is worked out by the vehicle’s CO2 emissions, or the engine size for vehicles registered before 1 March 2001.
For a resident permit a surcharge is added to the second and third permit at the property. For all permits a surcharge is added for a diesel vehicle. You can find the vehicle details on the Registration Certificate (logbook) or DVLA website.

Our parking payment provider is RingGo. There is no charge for downloading and using RingGo. You can opt to get a text reminder to let you know when a parking session is due to expire for a charge of 25p per message.
