If your complaint is about any Council service, and you feel we have treated you unfairly, you can complain to the Local Government Ombudsman. The Ombudsman will usually only consider your complaint following the Chief Executives review at stage 3 or (if we have not fully replied to your written complaint) within 12 weeks.
