Ahead of the forthcoming Capital Procurement tender process, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is hosting a Supplier Engagement Day for contractors.
LBTH invites Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, as well as local SMEs, to learn more about upcoming opportunities to deliver new housing and corporate development projects across the borough. These opportunities will cover works from RIBA Stages 4–7.
Participants will gain insight into the programme, explore forthcoming work packages, and position their organisations for potential collaboration ahead of the main tenders scheduled for release in 2026–27.
The programme will deliver:
• New council homes
• Community centres
• Retail units
• Associated landscape and public realm improvements
