St. Margaret's House Settlement is a unique charity organisation that provides working space, support and opportunities to community organisations and other charities in the borough. The hall available for hire is used by organisations for training, meetings, rehearsals, classes, community events, etc. It is not available for private functions. The hall has a capacity of 200.

Availability: weekdays between 6pm and 9pm. Weekends between 9am and 6pm.
