Customer feedback helps us understand what we did right and what we could have done better for each event. It enables us to reflect and think about how we can improve our facilities and service.
How to give us feedback
To help us reflect on the service we provide you can complete our online customer feedback form. This form gives you the opportunity to let us know if our facilities, rooms, catering and team met your event needs. The form should only take couple of minutes to complete.

Room booking enquiry
If you would like to book a room here at the Professional Development Centre, please email pdcreception@towerhamlets.gov.uk with your booking enquiry. Please include the event date/s, start and finish times and the number of people you are expecting to attend, and a member of our team will check availability and get back to you.
