Integrated Commissioning

Integrated commissioning in Tower Hamlets is a collaborative approach between Tower Hamlets Council and NHS North East London, delivered through the Tower Hamlets Together partnership.

By working closely together, the partnership aims to improve health and social care outcomes for local people. It does this by joining up budgets, priorities, and decision-making - helping to reduce duplication, make better use of resources, and deliver more efficient, person-centred services.
