Coronavirus (COVID-19)

National restrictions are in place to help stop the spread of Covid-19 until the beginning of 2 December 2020. Please read the latest and follow the rules.

From 2 December 2020 a local tier system will be in place. London will be in tier 2 and everyone must follow an updated set of rules.

Remember you are safest when you follow hands, face, space.

Book a free test if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, and stay at home if you test positive or have been in contact with someone who has.

We know some residents have experienced issues booking Covid-19 tests through the government programme, however, if you have symptoms of Covid-19 you must self-isolate until you are able to take a test.

Government run local testing units are now open in Shadwell, Mile End and Isle of Dogs. Please book before attending. A mobile testing unit continues to operate near Canary Wharf and appointments are available online.

We are continuing to work with our partners across the borough to tackle Covid-19 and to make sure that our residents, particularly those most vulnerable, are supported.
