
A hurdler in motion
Jump onto the Olympic wave and give athletics a go this summer. Two fun filled weeks of in the areas of sprints and endurance running, throws and jumps.
Participants are encouraged to attend all five days for the best experience. If there's space, they might be able to add two more weeks.
- To wear: Tracksuit / jogging bottoms/ shorts and trainers should be worn
- To bring: A packed lunch and a refillable water bottle which can be refilled throughout the day.
