Brady Arts and Community Centre in Whitechapel will open its doors for visitors to explore behind the scenes as part of London's Open House Festival 2025.
Open House is a London-wide festival that celebrates the city’s architecture, special sites, and neighbourhoods.
On Saturday 20 September, visitors can pop into The Brady Arts and Community Centre, in Hanbury Street, Whitechapel, to meet current users and find out about those who have used the building in the past.
The Brady Centre first opened as the Brady Girls Club and Settlement in June 1935. The building was designed by Ernest Joseph (Messrs Joseph), architect and youth worker.
A building tour will take place at 2pm and there will be drop-in arts activities throughout the day.
