Healthy Tower Hamlets
A new campaign called Healthy Tower Hamlets is shining a light on the five risk factors that have the biggest impact on long‑term health: smoking, alcohol use, mental wellbeing, checking your blood pressure, moving more and eating well.
The campaign encourages residents to take small, manageable steps toward healthier habits, supported by real stories from local people, enabling easier access to services.
It can be hard to know where to turn or where to start when you're making changes to your health. Taking that one small step can make all the difference. Whether it's reaching out for help, trying a new class, getting support in stopping smoking, adding more vegetables to your plate or getting your blood pressure checked, these actions create healthy habits.
