Opportunity for catering concessions in parks

Tower Hamlets has many beautiful parks and open spaces used by both residents and visitors to the borough.

We have a great opportunity for local businesses to trade in our parks for the summer season.

We are seeking to license:

- catering vans
- catering operators at fixed pitches
- healthy street food trucks

We have opportunities in parks across the borough for vendors who have Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certificate.

Mile Ed Park accesibility information 

Facilities:

  • Play area for ages 4 and below
  • Play area for ages 5 and above
  • Outdoor gym and active zone including multi-use games area at Wennington Green.
  • Adventure park for ages 5 plus at the Urban Adventure Base
  • Multi-use games areas next to Mile End Leisure Centre. 
  • Children's pavilion and playground for age 0 to 4, with refreshment kiosk and toilets
  • Art in the park
  • Ranger station
  • Pay and display car parking in Lawton Road and Haverfield Road

The park currently holds a Green Flag Award.
