Room G06
Room G06 is suitable for small meetings up to 5 people. The room is easily accessed on the ground floor and has the added bonus of a screen, webcam and conference call speaker for online meetings.
The room has natural light, but it does have blackout blinds if you need the room to be dark.

Capacities and setup styles available
This room has a fixed set up for virtual video meetings, it could be used for a small group meeting and interviews as well. As standard the room has 5 chairs around a table. The maximum capacity for this room is 5 delegates.

This room is 11 square metres, the space measures at 3.5 metres by 3.25 metres and is a square shape.
Room hire cancellation policy
Room hire cancellations received within 72 hours of the event start time will be subject to the full hire fee.
Cancellations made before this time will not be charged. All cancellations should be made in writing by emailing PDCreception@towerhamlets.gov.uk.
