Our rooms are full of natural light and full of the latest facilities. All our rooms are flexible and can be set up in a range of styles to meet your event needs. Our largest room is perfect for conferences and presentations and seats up to 150 people.

Our rooms are flexible and can be set up in a variety of layouts, they are perfect for a variety of events. Including hosting a one-to-one session, meetings, training courses, seminars and conferences.

Each room has a computer linked to a projector and a built-in audio sound system. A flipchart stand, pad and pens are available in all rooms. Rooms have their own temperature control panel offering both heating and air-conditioning.

Room hire cancellation policy

Room hire cancellations received within 72 hours of the event start time will be subject to the full hire fee. Cancellations made before this time will not be charged.

All cancellations should be made in writing by emailing PDCreception@towerhamlets.gov.uk.

Venue hire policy 

The Tower Hamlets Venue Hire policy seeks to provide clear guidance on authorised hire and use of venues owned by the council.

Outside space

We also have a wonderful courtyard style garden for our visitors to enjoy.
