Room 106

Room 106 is our smallest room that is often used for meeting, training sessions, seminars, forums.  This room also has the added bonus of being set up as an Apple Mac training suite.  The room is situated on the first floor with both stairs and lift access.  The room is flooded natural light, but it does have blackout blinds if you need the room to be darkened for your event.

Room facilities

This room is equipped with:

  • A computer linked to a projector with internet access
  • Built in audio sound system 
  • Flipchart stand, with flipchart paper and pens
  • Black out blinds
  • Temperature controls for aircon/heating
  • Guest wifi

The room hire rate for the set up is £67.50 per hour

Catering

We can cater for your events, whether it be for breakfast, mid-morning break or lunch. Our caterers are always happy to discuss your requirements or talk you through our menu.  All catering is delivered to the room booked.

We use Flavia machines for hot drinks, a seletion of tea and coffee capsule can be ordered to cater for your event. The capsule offer fresh ground coffee and real leaf teas.  The machines are easy to use and and the capsule allow your breaks to be scheduled as often as you want them.

This room is 41 square metres, the space measures at 8.25 metres by 5 metres and is a rectangle shape.

Hire rates

Daily rate

Any 8 hour period between 7:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am and 5:30pm Friday.

Standard hourly rate

Between 7:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am and 5:30pm Friday.

Evening and weekend hourly Rate

After 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, after 5:30pm Friday and at weekends.
