Room 106

Room 106 is our smallest room. It is often used for training sessions, meetings, forums and presentations. The room is on the first floor with both stairs and lift access. The room has lots of natural light, but it does have blackout blinds if you need the room to be dark.

Room facilities

This room is equipped with:

  • Each room has a projector, so you can simply plug your laptop in and present
  • Flipchart stand, with flipchart paper and pens
  • Black out blinds
  • Temperature controls for aircon/heating
  • Guest wifi.

Daily rate

Full day between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Standard hourly rate

per hour between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Evening and weekend hourly Rate

After 5pm Monday to Friday and at weekends.

This room is 41 square metres, the space measures at 8.25 metres by 5 metres and is a rectangle shape.

Room hire cancellation policy

Room hire cancellations received within 72 hours of the event start time will be subject to the full hire fee.

Cancellations made before this time will not be charged. All cancellations should be made in writing by emailing
