Ocean Estate Bursary Scheme

The Ocean Estate Bursary is operated by the Tower Hamlets and Canary Wharf Further Education Trust.

To apply, you must:

• have been living in the borough for at least 3 years at the application closing date 
• also be a resident of the Ocean Estate on this date 
• not be excluded from welfare benefits due to your immigration status
