Ocean Estate Bursary Scheme

The Ocean Estate Bursary is operated by the Tower Hamlets and Canary Wharf Further Education Trust.

Who can apply?

• you must have been living in the borough for at least 3 years at the application closing date 
• you must also be a resident of the Ocean Estate on the application closing date
• your immigration status must not exclude you from benefits

Applications are scheduled to reopen in April 2026
