Opportunity for ice cream and mobile café concessions in parks

Tower Hamlets has many beautiful parks and open spaces used by both residents and visitors to the borough.

We have a great opportunity for local businesses to trade in our parks for the summer season in 2024.

We are seeking to license:

- ice cream vans and

- mobile café operators at fixed pitches. 

We have opportunities in parks across the borough for vendors who have Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certificate.

Spitalfields City Farm imageSpitalfields City Farm is a community space that is open 6 days a week, 10am – 4.30pm and is free to visit.


The farm's vision is to create a space for all, that empowers people to make positive change to their lives, our community, and the planet.


The farm works with a vibrant and multi-cultural community to provide educational opportunities for children and adults. The farm aims to empower people to gain new skills and confidence and to combat social isolation.


Visitors can see the rare breed farm animals and enjoy the gardens. There is also a tea hut and a farm shop.
