Competition details

Juniors competition 

• Date: 5 September 2026
• Age groups: Under 9s (years 3 and 4), Under 11s (years 5&6), Under 13s (Years 7&8) and Under 16s (Years 9, 10 and 11)
• Teams: 4 teams per age group
• Number of players: Age groups Under 9’s up to Under 11’s will be mixed gender, 8-a-side with a minimum of three girls in each team. Age groups Under 13’s and Under 16’s will be male only, 8-a-side.
• Location: Victoria Park
• Format: TBC

Women's and Girls only competition

• Date: 5 September 2026
• Age: 16+
• Teams: 4 teams
• Number of players: 8-a-side
• Location: Victoria Park

Men's Adult competition

• Date: 6 September 2026 (Group stage), 12 September 2026 (Group stage) and 13 September 2026 (Final)
• Teams: 32 Teams
• Number of players: 8-a-side
• Location: Victoria Park
• Price: £50 per team

Competition times

• Under 11s - 9.30am to 12pm
• Under 13s - 11.30am to 2.30pm
• Under 16s - 2.30 to 4.30pm
• Women's and girls - 9.30am to 4.30pm
• Adults - 9.30am to 5.30pm

Step 1: Team and player entry form

Step 2: Player registration sheet

This is only for use if you have already registered and paid for your teams to enter the competition.

If you have not already done so, please complete the team entry form first.

For each team you have registered, please complete and upload a player registration form.

Step 3: Parental consent form

Consent must be given by a parent or guardian for anyone under the age of 16.

You must have an emergency contact for each player.

You must have a list of any medical conditions and medicines that the child has.

If you do not have parental consent forms for your team or club, please use our template parental consent form.
