Welcome to the Mayor's Cup 2025. Register for this year's tournament: 

Age categories

The age categories for the tournament this year are.

  • Under 8s
  • Under 9s
  • Under 10s
  • Under 11s
  • Boys Under 12s
  • Boys Under 13s
  • Boys Under 14s
  • Boys Under 15s
  • Boys Under 16s 
  • Girls Under 8s to Under 12s
  • Adult Men 
  • Adult Women

Check the age banding page for more details.

If we reach the maximum number of teams registered in a category, we will flag it to say it is full. If a category is full and you still register, your application will be placed on the reserve entry list.

If a space becomes available, we will contact you to offer you the place. We offer places based on the date you register your team.

How to sign up

Step 1: Team and player entry form

Complete the team entry form 

The deadline for entries is Friday 25 July 2025.

Step 2: Player registration sheet

This is only for use if you have already registered and paid for your teams to enter the competition.

If you have not already done so, please complete the team entry form first.

For each team you have registered, please complete and upload a player registration form.

Step 3: Parental consent form

Consent must be given by a parent or guardian for anyone under the age of 16.

You must have an emergency contact for each player.

You must have a list of any medical conditions and medicines that the child has.

If you do not have parental consent forms for your team or club, please use our template parental consent form.
