Estate parking permit renewal

Estate Parking Permits - Important Information

Lost or stolen permits

If you have lost your permit or it has been stolen please submit a contact form (contact form link)

Include your name, address and car space details, together with your car registration details when you submit your form.

We will then contact you to let you know what you need to do next.

You must submit a contact form and make contact with us to avoid enforcement action being taken against your vehicle.

When you park on a council estate you must always display a valid estate parking permit. Vehicles will be ticketed if a valid permit is not displayed or if your vehicle is causing an obstruction.

We enforce parking control on most estates. This helps to stop vehicles from illegal parking in your zone. All parking spaces on your estate are marked so you know where you can and cannot park.

Renew your TMO permit

For the fastest and most convenient way to renew your TMO permit.

Renew your TMO permit

Renew a permit

Permits are valid for 12 months. Please ensure you renew your permit before it expires. A one month grace period will begin from the expiry date to allow for any postage delays. However, once this one month grace period has ended, you must arrange alternative parking until your permit is displayed to avoid receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

Change of bay

We only offer bay holders a change of bay in special circumstances, all decisions are made on a case by case basis.

Please submit a contact form and include your reasons for requesting a bay change. We will assess your circumstances based on the information you provide, and if you qualify, we will contact you with our decision.

We aim to respond to you within 20 working days.
