Today (Monday 13 November 2023) IT services are currently looking into a major network incident, affecting Wi-Fi connectivity at the Town Hall, Whitechapel.
This issue is being investigated as a priority. We are working with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This is affecting our services at the Residents’ Hub based at the Town Hall and residents are advised if they want to speak to an adviser face to face to go along to our other hubs based at:
- Idea Store Bow
- Idea Store Chrisp Street
- Cubitt Town Library
- Professional Development Centre
The team at Residents' Hub at Whitechapel will be able to process residents who present themselves as homeless or have emergency housing issues.
